Rick and his team were incredibly professional. I specifically appreciated them walking me through photos of this issues with the current roof and then providing photo evidence of the fixes at the end. Would definitely recommend the team!

Rick and his crew were fantastic! From our first outreach, Rick (the owner) called me back and scheduled a time to visit our home and inspect the roof. Rick provided a detailed explanation both verbally and in the quote, outlining the work to be performed, the quality and type of materials, and why those materials should be used.
Rick was patient and did not pressure us to make a decision. He encouraged us to shop around, look at other options, and call him back with any questions. We decided to move forward, and he explained how the one-day installation would work.
Like clockwork, the materials arrived the day before, his team arrived early, and worked safely and efficiently. Even after encountering challenges, Rick communicated, solved the problems, and delivered the room in one day. Lastly, everything was cleaned up and left in excellent order upon completion of the job. Highly recommend.

Recently moved here and not yet familiar with the area. Experienced a bad roof leak and Atlanta Expert Roofing Solutions was able to come out quickly and patch up the issue along with some other damage on the roof. Offered sound advice and suggestions on steps moving forward and what to expect, for roof replacement options.

I used Atlanta ERS to repair a roof leak - they were very responsive when I reached out and quickly came out to provide a quote. They were able to do the work the same week. Most of all, they put together a proposal that was fair and cost effective. They showed up on time and got the repairs done quickly. They also shared a lot of before and after pictures to help me understand what they were seeing and what the repairs looked like. Would definitely use them again.

ERS (Rick) has hands down provided me with one of the smoothest experiences. From first call to clean up, he walked me thru each step. By answering every question, addressing every concern and assisting me with everything I needed for my insurance. He was amazing.
My roof was very large-over 3200sq ft, so a big job. The team arrived in the morning and did not waste any time. Within an hr everything was tarped and old roof was gone. By 1:30 the new roof was complete and the cleanup was underway. When I returned home I was impressed with the clean up. You could not tell they had been here. The driveway was better then when they arrived. They were well staffed and very fast, considering the roof size, and payed attention to the details.
Each step of the process included pictures and messages. Always keeping me in the loop on progress and eta of completion.
